According to Jamous, NCSROF President Khaled Khoja will lead the delegation.
"We informed the Russian side today that the meeting [with Sergey Lavrov] will take place on August 13. The delegation will be headed by the president of the national coalition," Jamous said.
Earlier in August, Jamous told Sputnik that the NCSROF had received an invitation from the Russian Foreign Ministry to visit Moscow on August 12-13.
Moscow and Geneva have each hosted two rounds of talks between the Syrian government and the opposition.
Since 2011, Syria has been engulfed in a military conflict that has claimed the lives of more than 220,000 people, according to UN data. Government forces have been fighting militants from numerous radical groups, including Islamic State and the Nusra Front.
